TAG operates as the receiver for courts and as the asset manager for financial institutions and individuals. The property management provides the financial and management services necessary to preserve the asset.

TAG's sales and marketing component looks for the best exit strategy either by a straight sale or leasing and then a sale.

TAG's construction arm overviews the condition of the property and supervises necessary repairs to preserve the property. If a re-cast of the property, this entity provides those services.
