Troubled Asset Group

The TAG Construction Services are lead by the Parker Walter Group (PWG)(architects/engineers). PWG provides the expertise as to the physical property and management.

PWG reviews and documents the condition of all properties. A video record is made and recorded. If repairs are needed to preserve the property, they oversee that work. If documents (surveys, as-built's) are missing, they oversee getting those re-created or replaced.

If in consultation with other team members it is determined that changes to the property will "re-cast" the property in a better "light", they then oversee that work.
